About
I integrate my training in trauma-focused approaches with a faith-centered perspective and tailor each session to your unique needs. I will walk alongside you through the ups and downs of life, offering genuine care and reminding you that you are not alone. My hope is for you to gain a greater sense of peace, resilience, and confidence in handling life’s challenges. Through your experience in therapy, we can hold onto the promise of Psalm 34:18 – “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” God is near in our struggles and brings comfort and hope.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My goal is to offer you a confidential, supportive space to process your life experiences, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. As a Christian counselor, I aim to help you to deepen your relationship with God, find hope and guidance through Scripture, and draw strength from your faith. Our sessions will be designed to support meaningful and lasting change, and my hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with tools to help you experience more peace, restored relationships, and strengthened faith in Christ.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
I offer a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and supported. I provide compassionate, Christ-centered care along with practical, evidence-based tools to manage symptoms, navigate challenges, and strengthen your relationships. Together we will establish a treatment plan catered to your needs and goals. You can expect to be met with honesty, encouragement, and collaboration as we work toward growth, healing, and deeper alignment with your values and faith in Christ.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
I approach Christian counseling with warmth and care, creating a supportive space where kids, teens, and adults feel truly valued and heard. I utilize a holistic, relational, and trauma-focused approach to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and grow in self-awareness. By integrating faith into the counseling process, we explore how spiritual values intersect with emotional and mental health. Healing is not just about managing symptoms but about finding renewal for your heart, mind, and spirit.
